However, individuals interested in using these tools often are overwhelmed by the multitude of brands and features available to consumers as well as how to apply the information gathered by the cameras. In this seminar, Chad will highlight important features to look for in today’s trail cameras and provide tips for successful setup. Chad also will describe basic methods for conducting a camera census on your property and the information you can expect to gain. Chad Newbolt obtained a BS in Wildlife Sciences from Auburn University in 2001, and he went on to complete an MS in Wildlife Sciences at Auburn in 2005. He currently is a research associate at the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences at Auburn University, working on various projects related to white-tailed deer and feral hogs. Chad also works with private land owners on various wildlife management projects. |
