Exhibitors are only permitted in the building during these hours! You will receive your badges at the registration booth when you check-in at the show! You must wear your Badge at all times to help us keep the public out! If you are not wearing a badge you will be asked to leave the building!
Wednesday:
Exhibitors will be allowed to begin setting up on Wednesday from 12pm - 4pm. You may drive into the building and unload right at your booth.We normally have several show staff workers on-site to help you get your trucks & trailers unloaded as quickly as possible. We ask that you unload your vehicle as quickly as possible and remove it from the building to allow other exhibitors to bring their vehicle in for unloading also. The doors will be closed no later than 4pm, so you must be finished by this time on Wednesday.
Thursday:
Exhibitors will be allowed to begin setting up on Thursday from 8am - 4pm. You may drive into the building and unload right at your booth. We normally have several show staff workers on-site to help you get your trucks & trailers unloaded as quickly as possible. We ask that you unload your vehicle as quickly as possible and remove it from the building to allow other exhibitors to bring their vehicle in for unloading also. The doors will be closed no later than 4pm, so you must be finished by this time on Thursday.
Friday:
Exhibitors will be allowed to begin setting up on Friday from 8am - 1pm. You may drive up to the loading docks, unload, and cart your exhibit to your booth. We normally have several show staff workers on-site to help you get your trucks & trailers unloaded as quickly as possible. We ask that as soon as your vehicle is unloaded you please remove it from the loading dock to allow other exhibitors to bring their vehicle up for unloading also. The Show will open at 5pm on Friday, so we would like all exhibitors to be finished setting up by 4pm.
